Kim Weiss-Ingram lives in Springboro, Ohio, where she finds great joy in spending time with her family. Raised in a large extended Italian family, Kim has always cherished the traditions that brought everyone together—especially Sunday family dinners and the celebrations that carried those traditions forward. She has one son, who, along with his beautiful wife, has blessed her with two amazing grandchildren who light up her world.

With more than 25 years of dedicated service in not-for-profit organizations, Kim has built a career grounded in purpose, compassion, and a genuine heart for helping others. Her professional work has centered in the not-for-profit financial sector, where she has helped individuals better understand their finances so they can live the lives they aspire to.

When she isn’t working, Kim loves being outdoors—taking pictures, traveling, and exploring the beauty of God’s creation all around us. Guided by a servant’s heart, she enjoys volunteering, preparing meals for those who need a little extra care, and spending time helping in the community.

What fills her cup most is serving others, staying rooted in her community, and faithfully walking out her journey with God.
